Your online presence

Marketing-supported online profiles

As your marketing team, we’re here to support you with your online presence. We’ve identified some key websites that will help you to market yourself online:

On these profiles you can use the branded digital banners and pre-approved content you’ll find in the marketing toolkit.

These profiles will be classed as financial promotions, meaning they will need to be approved by the financial promotions team. You can send these profiles into Financial Promotions directly at QFPFinancial.promotions@quilter.com (the Quilter.com adviser profile is managed by marketing, so you can leave this one to us).

Other online profiles

If you set up a profile on any websites other than those listed above, then you need to ensure that these profiles are non-financial promotions, and these profiles can’t be reviewed or signed off by the marketing team. They shouldn’t include the Quilter Financial Advisers logo or any other branded items.

Non-financial promotion profiles can include:

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Link to your digital profile on Quilter.com
  • A bio which does not include any inducement to contact you – for example:
Hi, I'm XXX, a financial adviser with over XX years of experience in the industry. I specialise in retirement planning, investment strategies, and tax-efficient savings. I hold a degree in Finance from the University of London and am a certified financial planner. My approach is cantered on understanding clients' unique financial goals and providing tailored advice to help them achieve financial security.

More information

More information on how to create non-financial promotions is available on our Managing financial promotions page. Remember, you need to keep your own record of any non-financial promotions you publish – your record could be requested by the compliance team for audit purposes.
